He quoted me a fair price over the phone after sharing photos and information with him and then a formal agreement electronically the same evening after I explained to him my urgent situation to come out and complete the job the following day. He took precautions to protect my home and appliances while he worked in order to accomplish the installation and removal of my hot water heater. Rich is efficient, personable and allowed me to clean areas while he worked that I had not been able to get to for years due to the appliances blocking the water heater that finally gave out after decades. He explained to me how to do things myself to maintain the new unit for future reference.
